Custom Creations
A shop app built for maker Denasia J.: her handmade key chains, bag charms, wax melts, coasters, and magnets, made to order and tracked from the first tap to the doorstep.
The Challenge
Denasia J. makes key chains, bag charms, wax melts, coasters, and magnets by hand, and sold them mostly in person at pop up shops and vendor events. Between events there was no simple way to buy from her, and orders that came in through messages had to be tracked from memory: who wanted which letter, which scent, where it ships, and whether it went out yet.
The shop needed to feel as simple as browsing a market table, handle real choices like letters and scents, take payment properly, and keep every buyer informed without anyone answering the same question twice.
What We Built
Volt built Custom Creations for Denasia as a store of her own: the storefront, the checkout through Stripe, and the order tracking behind it, so customers can buy and she can ship any day of the week, not only on event days.
The Shop
SHOPCategories across the top and large photos below, so a buyer sees every piece up close before choosing one.
Choices and Cart
CARTScents, seasons, and letters are picked right on the product page, and the cart shows shipping before checkout, so there are no surprises at the end.
The Outcome
Custom Creations gives Denasia a storefront of her own: every piece made to order, paid for securely, and tracked through made, shipped, and delivered. It is live on Google Play, open between events as well as at them.
