What is free?
The first chapter of every game is free, two more levels in each game are open to try, and today's Daily Mystery and its streak are always free. You never need Premium to play those, and there is no account to make.
How do the free week and the price work?
A new subscriber's first week is free. After that Nerdies Premium is $4.99 a month in the United States. The Premium screen shows the price in your own currency before you buy, along with when it renews.
Apple takes the payment from your Apple Account. If you cancel before the free week ends, you are not charged. The subscription renews every month until you cancel it.
How do I cancel?
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Choose Nerdies Premium, then tap Cancel Subscription (Cancel Free Trial during your free week).
You can also tap Manage subscription on the Premium screen in Nerdies, which opens the same Apple screen. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting Nerdies does not cancel a subscription.
How does Restore purchases work?
On a new iPhone or iPad, or after you delete and reinstall Nerdies, open Settings in Nerdies, tap See Premium, then tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that subscribed. Apple may ask you to sign in.
Nerdies then asks Apple what that Apple Account has. If it finds Nerdies Premium, it says Nerdies Premium is backand turns Premium on. If not, it says there is no Nerdies Premium on this Apple Account. If you closed Apple's sign in, it asks you to sign in; tap Restore purchases again and finish signing in. Restore never charges you anything.
If it says it could not reach the App Store, check that you are online and signed in to the right Apple Account in the Settings app, then try again in a moment.
Does Nerdies collect my data?
No. Nerdies has no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your progress and settings stay on your device, and deleting the app deletes them. Read the full Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.
Something is not working. What do I do?
In Nerdies, open Settings and tap Report a bug. It starts an email to us with your Nerdies version and your device already filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send. Tell us what happened and what you tapped just before.
